Is the strategy of reducing human fertility also coupled with the plan to implant human/alien Grey hybrids, to be raised within human families as an infiltration into our society so they can attack from within?

This is a clever insight because this is, in fact, a dual benefit of reducing human fertility. On the one hand, it is causing an attrition in what would otherwise be continued human population growth, so if fewer humans are born, there are fewer needing to be killed. At the same time, it creates natural opportunities to insert human/alien hybrids in families very much desiring children so that they will be raised in a relatively normal setting. This serves the Alien Hybrid Program working towards incorporation of human characteristics increasingly with the ultimate goal of becoming immortal. At the same time, it provides an avenue for greater and greater infiltration of what are essentially alien beings in human guise because they are soulless and are loyal to the extraterrestrials and can be called upon to work on behalf of the Extraterrestrial Alliance to serve them and to carry out any instructions which could include sabotage, clandestine work, or even killing family members and then other humans in the surrounding environment when ordered to do so. This is a most diabolical Trojan Horse operation.
