DWQA QuestionsCategory: Healing ModalitiesIs the “Youthful Brain Power 30-day Protocol” of Dr. Al Sears worthwhile for me to try? Is it best for helping those with known decline in neurologic function, or does it have prophylactic benefits as well? Is it valuable enough to recommend to others?

We would say it is of value for both purposes, personally and for your viewers. As you know, with the aging population in the US and in many other countries of the world, dementia and other forms of cognitive decline are a growing liability. There are many needing to work into their advanced years like never before, and will need to have the stamina and cognitive function to compete with younger workers in order to stay employed. So this is more than simply being good at crossword puzzles at an advanced age, but as important as staying out of the poorhouse. It uses an approach that has lasting value. It will be prophylactic, as well as restorative for those perceiving a decline, and can rightly be considered a bedrock approach for promoting prolongation of youthful functioning into old age.
