You are seeing this quite accurately with your intuitive reach, that there is a spectrum of situations involved here with varying degrees of manipulation of a sinister nature. First of all, the schools are manipulated to promote unsound and even destructive social policies and ideological teaching that will backfire because it is actually misinforming students about reality in ways that can be harmful. Parents who are more open-minded will see and react negatively to what they perceive as unconventional and even outlandish notions because they conflict with simple common sense in knowing what constitutes character and a balanced view of civil liberties and personal sovereignty. The degree to which they act in an oafish or even menacing fashion is a red flag there might be more going on than simple ideological disagreement, that in addition, that person is being ramped up in their passions and emotions to become a true adversary ready to do battle, and perhaps not only with words but with some kind of vindictive retribution, directly or indirectly.
We see many things about school policies and the curriculum that are faulty and counterproductive and are promoting evil directly because this serves the Extraterrestrial Alliance, to corrupt human culture and thinking, and will make things worse by contributing to personal unhappiness and promotion of culture wars, and anything producing strife serves the overall strategy of divide and conquer the interlopers utilize so effectively and have throughout human history. So, in a sense, bringing in the big guns of the legal system to cope with a perceived threat is intuitively in alignment from the standpoint some parents are capable of violent actions and if in alignment with their sympathies to take umbrage with the school board, might be manipulated to become not only an activist for their cause through being outspoken and perhaps obstructing meetings, but carrying out acts of violence against property and possessions of school board members, if not a direct confrontation and physical attack on their person.
This, of course, is also being aided and abetted through mind control manipulation to have the school board members experience much greater fear as well as resistance to being told what to do, because this will harden their position in their minds and thinking, to make things less workable and less likely to result in a compromise, because the goal of the interlopers is to create wars and vendettas and keep them going to make them more intense and increasingly unpleasant and violent if they can. Similarly, the Department of Justice officials are being manipulated by mind control to take this quite seriously and will be quite easily manipulated into treating objecting parents as potential archcriminals to throw the book at them. You see this routinely whenever there is a conflict between liberal and conservative ideologies and circumstances where there are demonstrations with people being rounded up and held in solitary confinement, sometimes for months without charges, with a great reluctance by the Department of Justice to free them even when they cannot find actual evidence to justify the heavy-handed legal action. This is no different in what will develop over time—it will likely worsen as all kinds of conflicts are worsening across the board throughout society.
