DWQA QuestionsCategory: Subconscious MindMight I be able to get some guidance (possibly channeled) about why my energy, sleep, anxiety/mood fluctuate so much, in rapid cycles of a few days at a time? So many days I feel so “off” that I feel like I am not very functional, and then I’ll have a day or two where I feel great (not manic, though). Is this self-generated, is it hormonal, is it reacting to 5G, is it just stress, or is it something else I don’t know about? And is there anything further I can do to help myself, besides the Lightworker Healing Protocol?

These mood states are a function of what your deep subconscious mind is doing. You have periods of relative equanimity and then you have periods of time when the deep subconscious is deeply troubled because it is looking at the akashic records and seeing many difficulties and worrying about them in the context of the current life for one reason or another. So as you proceed with your routine, it will suggest potential problems and issues and these will act as a stressful stimulus at times, and what the deep subconscious recovers from the akashic records wanting to further understand the implications of a stressful experience will often get reinforcement, and this can greatly amplify the stressful reaction and cause a mood swing to the negative. When you are able to do some healing on yourself, you can right the ship and there will be a swing back to the positive and this will sometimes feel quite strong, and this may reach a state of euphoria, and that is because of the extreme contrast between what the mind is worried about and the state of being when the mind is worrying no more—it can be a tremendous relief. So this is not a problem per se, other than you feel puzzled by what is happening and, in a sense, a victim of the shifting emotional climate, but that is the dynamic. Things will be less extreme the more healing you do on yourself, but this will be difficult to eliminate because there are so many dire circumstances you have experienced in other lifetimes that there is no end of troubling things the deep subconscious can explore and take to heart. So you will need to be a good shepherd and help guide your deep subconscious to give it reassurance and healing attention.
