This indeed is a kind of feedback that was arranged by the divine realm so he could be a direct witness to his handiwork, as a kind of reward and further encouragement that he is doing useful and meaningful things that truly do have an impact on the real world. We enjoy having the opportunity to give such feedback to the lightworker, as it is often a lonely journey with much uncertainty about how one's efforts are contributing to the big picture, if at all. So seeing a miracle unfold is often the best way to reward someone and give them encouragement through that inspiration to keep going, because their efforts are not only needed, but quite effective.
