Was the Arizona wildfire at Granite Mountain in 2013 that killed 19 firefighters (Hotshots) started by lightning and simply spread through high winds, or was the Extraterrestrial Alliance involved somehow? If the latter, did they purposefully ramp things up to trap those men in a fatal conflagration?

As you saw intuitively, this is indeed the case, that the Extraterrestrial Alliance was behind this fire. They caused it to rage out of control and grow to the proportions it became. In addition, they very purposefully wanted to trap those firefighters in the blaze and cause some extra mischief for them, having caused hundreds to flee their homes with the looming threat as the fire spread. This is part of the enjoyment they feel in causing havoc for humanity, in seeing all those influenced adversely, and cowering, and evacuating in terror and anguish. This is the level of depravity of the extraterrestrials influencing humanity. This was very, very, tragic and the human loss was quite great and was needless. These were highly trained individuals who were following instructions and who remained steadfast to the end.
