DWQA QuestionsCategory: PrayerWas the story reported in 2010 about the woman in Australia, Kate Ogg, whose premature newborn son, Jamie, had died after resuscitation efforts but came back to life, an actual raising of the dead? If so, how and why did this happen?

This was an actual rebirth in that sense. Her son did expire, and his soul left the body to transition, but the desire to have their baby was so strong the family created a hesitation, and the departing soul paused to weigh its options, and to consider its future more deeply. This was, first of all, a consequence of complications due to the fact the infant was a premature delivery. This does create problems. It alters the destiny of the person, in some ways, because the astrological configuration is not optimal. In addition, there are health challenges for premature infants, as well. This creates additional negative karma that can complicate things, even for an entire lifetime and beyond. In many cases, when there are serious challenges like physical deformations in the infant, there may be a decision to leave and then the baby will be stillborn or will die soon after birth. This spares that individual, as well as family, of many, many years of struggle accepting a compromise, and having many difficulties and burdens potentially, as well. In this case, it was foreseen that things could recover. So there was a reconsideration of the options, and a divine rescue was done in answer to prayers made. This resulted in a re-installation of the soul within the newborn to bring it to life once more, and this miracle happened right before their eyes. It was a true miracle because the body was clinically dead for an extended period of time, so there was some additional repair work needing to be done, as well, to make it possible to restart the life. But, as reported, it did work out successfully.
