Were the Morgellons in [name withheld] implanted in him when he was first abducted to do his DNA downgrade? If not, how did he come to be infected with them?

This was done in a visit to the home and was not done in conjunction with the original downgrade. They were present to interact with and observe the sister and they were deliberately wanting to sabotage the brother to keep him sidelined and not an influence on the sister in any way.
