What happens to people taken to the Reptilian secret space colony, and any others? Are they used as food, for sex, for slave labor, in addition to being studied?

The abductees removed by the Reptilians are not used for sex. They are used as food and as slaves and as playthings, objects of manipulation and subjugation in keeping with their mentality. It is much like having an animal that is used to poke with a stick to see what it will do, and this they do as sport and entertainment, to impulse them with thoughts or to impulse them with energy to cause discord or physical pain as an amusement. They use the human beings who are captive as slaves and have them do all sorts of menial tasks as servants. And so the human focus by researchers on the problem of abductions and the slave colony operation is perceiving the fact that there are many children abducted by the extraterrestrials to give them sexual playthings. This is to reward those Anunnaki who are here and the Reptilians in human form as shape-shifting imposters and for them to have a widened experience, not only to have the experiences of human closeness and encounters with intimacy as an interesting novelty, but also to satisfy the appetites they have as physical beings. There are many abductees who are used to reward manipulated humans who are under strict mind control and are being given rewards in the form of sex slaves as a way to give them a positive incentive for continued cooperation, as well as to create circumstances that can be used as a hold over them for blackmail purposes should that be needed. It provides an extra layer of insurance to maintain a hold over their victims and this works as well as mind control and is a handy backstop to keep such people in line. They have seen before that even with very heavy mind control, some people will escape and emerge seemingly spontaneously from their grip. And this is often the result of assistance from the divine realm which they do not see or appreciate but know can happen. And this is the reason, to encourage wrongdoing, the commission of crimes, the encouragement to do acts of self-serving fraud and compromise of others through illicit agreements and coercion as well. And these illegalities in like fashion compromise the human carrying them out and can then be used as a weapon to threaten them with disclosure and keep them from straying from the party line, so to speak. The Reptilians do not interbreed with human because they consider them an inferior being, but they may dabble with sexual encounters as training and practice for their role in serving as imposters, and there may or may not be a Reptilian female counterpart when they are part of a married couple arrangement so they need to be able to perform such duties and have this in their toolkit, so to speak. So there are Reptilians who have become accustomed to having sex with humans but this is not a first choice or widely done. This notion is a confusion that developed from an intuitive awareness of extraterrestrial manipulation and predation, often of a sexual sort, with the creation of hybrid bloodlines stemming from such interactions. This is almost entirely by the Anunnaki hybrids serving in positions of power and authority worldwide in all governments and financial institutions, in particular. So this is often assumed to be Reptilian but is truly the Anunnaki/human hybrids engaging in the interbreeding, and they do have many interests in sexual subjugation and having sex slaves. And so there are many humans who are abducted and then repurposed to be sex slaves for the Anunnaki/human hybrids, and so this is a common fate but takes place here and not off-planet. The numbers again are quite large, in the many thousands per year.
