What is the nature of her extraterrestrial involvement? Is she an experimental subject in the genetics program? Has she been used in breeding of alien/human hybrids? Is she a recruit in the Mercenary Army Program?

She is an experimental subject in the first two programs mentioned, but not the MAP, which is a major blessing. The others are utilitarian, workmanlike, manipulations that are nonlethal and if they do not come to the conscious awareness, cause little immediate difficulty for the subject. But there can be reminders and the deep subconscious, if things are stirred up, will worry greatly about future possibilities of abduction continuing and this can add significant stress to daily living and influence the course of the life with respect to marriage, raising children, feeling comfortable with physical intimacy, and so on. So it is never a positive for the human who is being exploited, but most subjects are never aware that anything unusual has ever happened to them because all the memories are suppressed and the mind compartmentalized in a way there is little inner turmoil for the bulk of the mind, including much of the deep subconscious itself.
