What is the true story of Valiant Thor?

This individual, as many have intuited, and certain whistleblowers divulged, was an extraterrestrial being and was part of the liaison with the US Government and military to support the Mercenary Army Program. So he was present at many, many key meetings and briefings as an advisor and as a liaison. He is an Arcturian in origin and this is parallel to what took place with Maria Orsic, who was originally in Germany serving the Nazi regime, but came to the United States and worked within the defense industry in a similar capacity. The role of such beings is always to keep an eye on what the humans are doing and to offer tidbits, never deep knowledge and insight, but a trail of crumbs to lead them along and keep them complacent, believing they are benefiting greatly from the collaboration, when in fact they are being duped and used to serve the Extraterrestrial Alliance.
