We cleared a home for a client whose family came to believe there was a lost soul spirit because multiple people in the household witnessed things happening. Was this a departed family member?

There was, indeed, a lost soul presence in the home. This was not a relative but someone with a history in that location who, in effect, became trapped and could not find its way out. Such spirits are confused and may impinge on the living energetically, to get their attention. This is not necessarily malevolent but is certainly unnerving and an unwanted intrusion. This has been removed successfully, so there will be future calm in the home and a relief to those present.
