He’s a bit better but has chronic pain and is very thin and weak but he is still with us and has stopped taking Advil now. In the hospital he told us he saw angels. You have told us that taking 2,000 IU of vitamin D3 is safe and very helpful, because the Recommended Daily Allowance, as with many essential nutrients, is way too low. I have seen doctor recommendations that say when health issues are present it is meaningful and safe to take as much as 10,000 IU of vitamin D3. I have been taking 5,000 IU twice a day.
