A remote viewer has commented about his perception that there was some kind of universal “control mechanism” that he ran into frequently. The one striking example he gave, was that tens of thousands of remote viewers with abilities to look anywhere in time and space have tried to use those abilities to win a hundred-million-dollar lottery, and yet not one of them that he knows of has ever been successful. He speculated there must be some kind of universal control method to stop people with intuitive abilities from doing whatever they want. What is that?
