We can assure you no matter how you examine this, there is no other alternative than the allowance of a total spectrum of possibilities. That is inherent in the very meaning of free agency and free will to express the self literally in any conceivable way to any conceivable degree within human capability and as witnessed in the actions of people within the world currently, this embodies quite a wide spectrum of possibilities indeed, from the exalted and uplifting and selfless acts of bravery and the utmost kindnesses of many in reaching out to help the downtrodden, to put others before the self and make tremendous sacrifices for loved ones on the part of many in ordinary spheres of activity but nonetheless heavily challenged by hardship, poverty, severe illness, and many other obstacles in their way, but yet serve themselves and others in a truly divine fashion.
And yet others on the other end of the spectrum engage in depravity, acts of criminality, exploitation, and subjugation of others. The harmful acts of negligence and deliberate tormenting, including acts of cruelty and even extreme torture and killing of other fellow human beings, represent the heights of depravity except perhaps as inflicted on children, the most helpless and innocent of victims possible. Even times when innocent babies are killed savagely through simple annoyance, that they may be crying, or as a way to enjoy power over a life using a human infant as a kind of toy to throw it in a fire or kill it in some other way simply because one can and thereby feel a rush in having power of life and death over another. These acts of depravity occur far too frequently with the array of acts of terrorism and criminal predation by the sociopaths among you.
Yet all fall under the wide umbrella of free agency and free will. It is just that the choices are nondivine and come with it not only being out of alignment to a large degree but incurring an eventual karmic penalty that will be enacted by the force of karma in the future. So people never escape the consequences of their actions, good or bad. All will feel retribution for wrongdoing. It will come in various ways but will always be in proportion to the pain they have caused others or themselves. This is guaranteed and is built-in. So to say the universe makes no sense and is vastly unfair and is loaded against the person is only to observe the present condition of things, not its true potential. If the ship were righted and people once again returned to divine alignment and stayed on a divine path, the world would look entirely different and there would be wonderous growth and enhanced capability and a joyous new kind of future that transcends all that you know of and have experienced in your life. Whether that exalted state will be achieved is actually uncertain at the moment but those who do healing and ask for betterment of the world will bring it into reality eventually if they keep going and if more can be recruited to join in the effort.
So what we are saying to you is this situation is, first of all, an inevitable consequence of freedom—freedom of choice, freedom to express and experience all potential possibilities. But this is not without a way to create order and balance in how things proceed. The Law of Karma will see to a rebalancing because it will demand that of each participant. Those who do wrong will pay the piper. It may take multiple lifetimes to experience and recover. That is the phase that is coming, that the vast negative karma accumulated through centuries of ill-gotten gains, acts of depravity, the predation by the bullies and the overseers wanting to manipulate and control who harm others so grievously will have a comeuppance and then will have an opportunity to do healing. This will be a long and somewhat painful process and this is another reason that there is so much pain.
Many are in pain because they are already suffering the consequences of karma they have generated. There is no easy way to escape this. The only possibility is through appeal to the divine realm for rescue, to have a more rapid healing and thereby rebalance karmic debt and obligations from prior acts of wrongdoing. That can and will be granted in many, many cases depending on circumstances, depending on the level of the person’s awareness and their spiritual growth at the point they may request assistance. Most people are still living in ignorance of all they have done and the consequences and have no ability to truly appreciate what they are experiencing in the context of this prior history. Under those conditions, nothing is being learned so this is the necessity for the experiencing of the suffering to begin with. It is to drive home the lesson that causing harm to others is a serious matter and there is no better way to learn the lesson than to experience the consequences of one’s negative actions on oneself.
This is the major reason for the suffering in the world. People have a hand in the wrongdoing for such a long time they are simultaneously working to overcome the problems while still experiencing karmic repercussions from times when they slipped too far themselves and became a perpetrator or overlooked and condoned acts of perpetrators causing harm they witnessed and could have done something to prevent by withdrawing their support for the ongoing behavior. There are many stories. Even though people have suffering that is highly similar, the origins and specific details and personal histories underlying the suffering will be quite varied and will also be quite complex, and it is often a confluence of multiple misadventures from multiple lifetimes occurring in parallel to build up a considerable backlog of unhealed karmic issues both as victim and perpetrator.
To be a victim and allow that to happen creates a karmic debt just as much as being a perpetrator, doing something comparable to another. This may seem unfair, again, but is part of the system to create a full and true and deep learning of all possibilities that can be brought into existence through the actions of a person and their personal decisions and choices in how they live their lives. The only true way to learn is through doing. You will not learn deeply the lessons of life without living life and going through a wide enough array of possibilities to have a feel for the panorama and especially to learn the hard-won lessons as a disincentive in the future to return to a wrong path.
This is how people stay on the straight and narrow, by being wounded enough to know where the limits are and while not inviolate because humans have the power to override their common sense and desire to be moral, they must learn the hard way the price they will pay in the future from the karmic consequences. It is no different, as you witness in ordinary human life, that children can run wild and indeed do so until they are given consequences by the parents and learn the hard way there is no way to prevail with wild, out of control conduct because there will be a parental backlash with consequences for them. That is how they learn to rein themselves in and learn to control themselves. All of life is like this and all of life is informing you and teaching you about the art of living. Whether you appreciate the lessons or are simply buffeted about with little awareness of the true dynamics that are unfolding for you, eventually there will be understanding.
This is gained each time you return to the light and review the recent lifetime. It goes into the hopper, so to speak, all of the doings are reflected in the energetic signatures within the akashic record and they continue to inform you as a being in the future as well as act as a springboard for future karmic influences. It is through learning these true workings and learning how to heal these energetic signatures that are on file that one can become the true captain of their ship and master of their own fate and that is simply to remain in divine alignment in the pursuit of the yearnings of the soul. Achieving this allows limitless possibilities of a positive uplifting nature adding to growth, experience, and knowledge. Anyone in a reasonable state of balance will see this is a true blessing. To have an infinite array of choices, all of which are beneficial, makes anything to the negative pale in comparison with the understanding that any nondivine choice or path, no matter how beneficial in the short term it might be to gain some advantage and bring a reward, you will learn through experience those benefits are fleeting and will always require a repayment to rebalance things that has more pain involved than the original pleasure of wrongdoing afforded you.
There is wisdom in this scheme and it is purposeful even though it seems harsh and can lead to the experiencing of cruelty, but that comes not from the divine through judgment and punishment decreed from on high, it is simply the unfortunate experiencing of extremes of conduct on the part of those out of alignment. There is nothing we can do directly about this. You must request divine assistance if you want our help to moderate things that are ongoing. We can do much to attenuate pain and suffering depending on the circumstances and the karmic reasons behind it, but without asking, we are powerless to help you. So the large picture here is there is much you can do to change the world more to your liking but this requires persistence, knowing the rules of the road, so to speak, and doing enough of the right things and spreading the word to enlist the help of others as well, for no single person can change the world singlehandedly. You can certainly leave your mark and be an inspiration to many, many others depending on your level of visibility but that is why you are here, to make your mark. It is up to you to bring this about.
