Here the problem is in the reality of the sequence of events here. The process of transmutation is an intention to change something that has already happened more so than to forestall something. So you are wanting a proactive alteration of the intentions being launched by perpetrators so as to neutralize their weapon, to make it powerless, or even a force for good as the transmutation can bring about. So rather than firing a death ray, they will be firing a love ray, so to speak, and rendered harmless. That would be ideal from your perspective of wanting to be safe and have everyone safe from becoming an innocent victim of a sinister manipulation, done without their permission or even awareness in the doing, where the consequences build over time and are not readily understood or dealt with. Just as we cannot stop the bullets from a gun being fired at someone by a criminal seeking to kill, we cannot subvert the subconscious programming at its source, only reckon with it after it impinges on the intended target. If that is done in a timely way, it is the next best thing and often effective in preventing severe consequences from the manipulation of the perpetrators.
The problem is keeping up the repair process when the bombardment is nearly 24/7, via all the electronic signaling people are bathed in unwittingly, because of their technology. So the question and the difficulty is more one of timing and the need for not only repetition but repetition that is quick enough to undo consequences before they develop. The end result is likely to be that it is more a standoff so, on average, a person will more likely have a recontamination having happened as not, so it will be hard to maintain a pristine state of clearance and lack of negativity. This does not mean the healing work is futile and can be abandoned as ineffectual, there still are benefits because what it does is it blunts the buildup from chronic and relentless bombardment of negativity.
Some people subjected to the subliminal program efforts turn into criminals, and even mass killers, and that is because the messaging is wholly unopposed and becomes a serious detriment to their mental balance and functioning, left unchecked. That will not happen to someone, most likely, who is receiving ongoing help from the Lightworker Healing Protocol, but they might hold onto old beliefs out of habit, it being enough to make them unwilling to change those things that are deeply ingrained and fundamental to their world view. But if extremes of behavior as a consequence can be prevented, it will be greatly beneficial to keep up the healing effort, to keep them from becoming too hard-core and doctrinaire from embracing too greatly the negativity they are exposed to on a long-term basis.
