A practitioner asks: “When the LHP removes spirit attachments they are offered rehabilitation. Some accept, but most probably decline and they are ‘removed’ from the scene. We know and have heard the term ‘catch and release’ more than once. The question is where are they released to when dealt with in a Spirit Rescue scenario? Are they even moved at all, or is it more like being handcuffed and placed in the squad car only until the ‘victim’ (the one being rescued and helped to the light) is transitioned and safe, and then these spirits who declined rehab are simply ‘uncuffed and released?'” What can Creator tell us?

The actual process and the relocation of lost soul human spirits will be highly varied. Everything will depend on the energetic vibrational state of the spirit in question. This will determine to what extent we can intervene at all. There are some which are so far gone and so devoted to evil, we, in effect, are in a powerless situation, according to the rules of engagement, to not override their free will choices to do evil acts. People do not want to hear this, but it explains perfectly why the world is so disheveled and so many are miserable and unhappy as victims of manipulations of all kinds from both the spirit realm and out-of-control human beings. We simply cannot be a cop on the beat, with a nightstick in hand, rushing to answer any cry for help and perhaps administer street justice for someone preying on others. This is a true dilemma, that we sometimes must stand by and witness carnage at the hands of the depraved even on innocent, helpless victims. When people have reached out to us with prayer, for example, we have more energy to work with to intervene should they become the target of a spirit attacker. There are many times we can distract or deflect a malevolent spirit and help to reposition the human, if not the spirit, so it can escape, much like people in the physical choose to move away and relocate in another community if they have a stalker they fear who cannot be constrained yet by the legal system. So this is a reverse sort of system for dealing with such difficulties, but it is better than the alternative because, once people are harmed, the damage can last a lifetime and beyond, so much is at stake. But even in those cases where we can temporarily round up a lost soul spirit and take them to a place where we can spend time while working on their healing, at some point we will have to give them back their free agent privileges. Depending on what has taken place and any degree of improvement in their condition, they may be released in locations where they will be less likely to be a menace and may have a better chance to reconsider prior poor choices. Some will build on gains made during a partial intervention by the divine realm, others not, but each encounter is unique because each soul is unique and their experience base as well.
