DWQA QuestionsCategory: KarmaA viewer asks: “As a young man I had a very deep romantic interest in a woman, who accepted my friendship, and we became close but not romantic despite my best efforts. One day I knew we were both free, I called her to try to make a date and she never got back to me. Next time we talked she said she had called me that same day to get together with me and hadn’t heard back. When I went back to check the call log she had called me at the exact same time I had called her and I never got a notification. It seemed fate had intervened to dash my opportunity. Was this a coincidence? Karmic? Divine intervention? Sabotage from dark forces somehow?” What can we tell him?

Interestingly, this was karmic. You, indeed, have had a close relationship in other lifetimes that was thwarted by life circumstances, so the natural affinity bringing you together to create a synchronous outreach by both parties was at the same time thwarted by the Law of Karma, to sabotage further interaction. This is simply reflecting the fact there is a healing need here. That healing can still take place through protocol work without either of you doing anything to come together and interact, but simply taking care of old business because it still creates a track record of difficulty that could indirectly affect relationships with others as well. In some ways, you could consider it a blessing. It is quite possible, had you connected and grown close and begun to count on each other to have a life together, only to see it unravel through insurmountable difficulties, that would have created a much more painful outcome in the current life than simply a missed opportunity at the outset to join up with someone who seemed naturally compatible.
