This is simply an unmet healing need as yet for you both. It is one of the more common signs of inner discord. It is at night, when the conscious mind needs to quiet down and let go of its worries, when this becomes more apparent because it is more visible, and frankly intrusive, when the needs of the day are set aside, the tasks have been seen to, and the only task ahead for the moment is to fall asleep and stay there to allow regenerating the body and an interval of rest for the conscious self, but yet it proves impossible to achieve or maintain reliably. So sleep disturbances are very common, perhaps the greatest common denominator, representing ongoing anxiety. Keep in mind, a major source of inner discord is being generated within the deep subconscious and truly below conscious awareness. Because of the disconnect separating the conscious awareness from what is going on below, the emotions generated by the deep subconscious may be just enough to keep a heightened state of alertness by the conscious mind sensing something needs attention.
Usually, the mind prevented from sleep will find something to think about, and often if there is even a slight emotional negativity coming through that will influence the conscious ruminations to seek a cause, and then begin to focus on perhaps recent events that were unpleasant in some way and not fully resolved, then the conscious mind will stew in these juices and it can become a habit even, to worry. This is always needless because it is always about the past or future and not about the current moment. So this is something not readily dispensed through taking a pill or a supplement that provides a kind of magic potion. There are such adjuncts with variable benefit and risk. There are supplements that have sleep promoting actions and your channel will be discussing this in the future. In the meantime, this is primarily a healing need and continued work with the Lightworker Healing Protocol and Deep Subconscious Mind Reset are the best way to reduce the consequences and frequency of such intrusive thoughts and restlessness.
