This was a time when you were exploring your capabilities with astral travel and were given coaching via the higher self, and that is your perception, it being a teacher. This illustrates that as a fledgling traveler there are many things to learn, and having appropriate guidance is highly advisable because there are many ways to get into trouble doing a free-roaming exploration. There is an increased possibility of slipping into other dimensions as well and without guidance there can be many complications that take place. So this again is seeing and recalling the reality of your non-local consciousness when moving outside the body.
