A viewer writes: “When I spent a week with a prominent advocate of contacting extraterrestrials in the fall of 2006, while there I received a VERY mysterious email with “plans” purported to be the plans of [name withheld]’s water separator device. Needless to say, I was QUITE surprised to receive this and felt then and now that it was a “test” to see how much of a “problem” I could potentially be and if further “intervention” was necessary. I have little illusion that these plans are “accurate,” but they appear to provide 80-90% of what’s needed to recreate the device.” Was he correct about this, who was behind it, and what was their motive in giving it to him?”

This was authentic material being conveyed. It was incomplete and that is because the trail of his work has been altered to mislead and discourage researchers wanting to retrace his steps and figure out what he was doing in fine detail. There were optimizations done after the original patents that were in process and so that has been erased from the trail of evidence, so what you were sent was incomplete, that is true. It was done because the Extraterrestrial Alliance watches everyone approaching this individual, and checks them out, and will sometimes engage in a manipulation for testing the person’s level of interest, their resolve, their earnestness, and the state of awareness they have about things the alliance wants to subvert in order to see how much trouble a person might be for them. So this was a test of you and the fact you did not follow up in earnest with enthusiasm satisfied them that your interests were of only a moderate level and this put you in a lesser category with regard to danger potential. That is fortunate for you and has allowed you greater freedom because, if that were not the case, you would have been manipulated and potentially harmed with further hand‑holding and suppression.
