Spirits who are incarnate, having failed to return to the higher astral plane of the heavenly realm after their passing, are in that dilemma because they are still too low a vibration. As such, their lack of capability similarly limits their thinking, their ability to interact with other consciousness, and to formulate useful plans and strategies to help them gain ground in any way, let alone solve their dilemma of being in limbo. So the idea of having groups of such spirits banding together and carrying out projects for advancement, in a cultural sense, or even as a way to help their circumstances through cooperating with one another and pooling resources in an intelligent and productive exchange of knowledge is exaggerating what is possible. There are spirits who come together yearning to have contact with others. It is commonplace for spirits to find their way to loved ones in the living and attach to their energy. That is a consequence of the reach of their consciousness being motivated, usually by love, to seek something familiar as a safe haven to escape their disorientation in being in a strange place, often inexplicably, sometimes because they have no idea they are dead physically, and that speaks to the limited ability to think like a living person, no longer having a brain, after all, but having to do everything intuitively which they are not used to.
Your channel has rescued many such lost soul spirits who are attached to family members, former life partners, and so on, but without a productive benefit being possible. Even if their host in the physical has a feeling that their departed relative is close by, in effect, that spirit is still stuck and not progressing because it needs to return home to the heavenly realm and go from there, perhaps eventually reincarnating once again to continue doing work in the living. But being in limbo is a diversion from their soul journey, and they will not be progressing, so there is no advantage being in limbo, nor will great things be accomplished—it is simply a healing need awaiting rescue.
