The spirit meddlers are creatures of your galaxy alone and that is because the other realms are off-limits to them and their energies. This is seen to by Creator. They are a product of the free will experiment which is localized to your galaxy for safety reasons. So you need not worry about a vast arena inhabiting endless hordes of these beings such that you will be in a constant threat over, and over, and over because the numbers are too daunting to cope with from a relatively small number of human beings compared to the vastly greater number of other lifeforms that could harbor such pests. Even though the numbers overall are disproportionate, that does not factor in the power of the divine when brought to bear on behalf of human in response to requests for healing. This is a doable task.
