DWQA QuestionsCategory: Non-Local ConsciousnessDr. Milton Erickson had a patient who became inexplicably hostile toward her best friend and sought his assistance in trying to discover why. During the combined psychoanalytic and hypnotic investigation, she also revealed hostility toward her father. It turned out that her father and best friend were having an affair, and were both shocked that their efforts at keeping it secret met such profound failure. Did this patient either witness something directly that she repressed away from her conscious awareness, or was she in fact unconsciously, intuitively, aware of both her best friend’s and father’s betrayal of her mother, and her anger and hostility were manifestations of that subconscious intuitive awareness? What does this tell us about trying to get away with something as hurtful as adultery, or any clandestine potentially hurtful behavior?

The explanation here is that she was truly sensing intuitively what was going on between her father and best friend behind the mother's back and behind her back as well. While their intention was simply to have their affair and keep it quiet, people often have an intuitive connection to their loved ones that will show them things they need to know because they are watching what their loved ones are doing across time, not only when they are together physically. So the daughter was looking at the akashic records and exploring the future extension timeline as well, and she could see events involving her best friend and her father in acts of adultery. This was witnessed by the deep subconscious, which is the part of the mind with this capability, but because of the disconnection of the deep subconscious from higher levels of the mind, it was not able to tell her conscious awareness directly about the misconduct but could only generate emotion, and that is what she experienced, that she felt hostility in the presence of her best friend without any seeming explanation, and her father as well, and that started the exploration going with the hypnotist to find the reason why. So this is perfectly explainable by the fact that the levels of the mind have this defect, in lack of connection, that would make full use of the ability of the deep subconscious to know much more than can be perceived through the ordinary senses. That disconnection is a deliberate corruption to diminish human capability. So this is an interesting experiment of nature that reveals the workings of intuition despite this handicap. The take‑home message here is that you can never be sure of hiding anything from another person. Even if the precise information might not be discernible to their conscious awareness and knowledge base, there may be harm to the relationship caused by something hidden done behind their back. This constitutes a kind of psychic attack where a person is being harmed by the psychic energy of a hurtful trauma. This will be on record associated with the person's life who has harmed, and that experience will be linked to the individual, or individuals, causing that trauma to happen. Even if not intended, there will be a karmic responsibility on the part of the perpetrators and they will face a reckoning at some point in the future. So this is something to keep in mind, if you wish to live in divine alignment, you must avoid doing things that you would be embarrassed about or would be harmful to someone if discovered and the knowledge shared with others. Things done in the dark come to light eventually, and this is seen to by the Law of Karma.
