Given her history of unhappiness, not being able to hold down jobs, having broken relationships, and a key relationship with a significant other who turned against her, is that simply from karmic trauma still needing healing, or is she being targeted to keep her sidelined?

She is not being targeted for high-level harassment. It is simply the accumulated karma of many go-rounds that have compounded on their own to hinder her in each subsequent life, more and more. As you know, most people at this stage, having had hundreds of lifetimes with little or no healing for the trauma incurred, are all working at a great disadvantage and have a hard time keeping their heads above water, let alone breaking new ground and achieving great strides in helping the cause of humanity to heal and survive all that you are facing. So that is her struggle as well, and helping her in this way would be a benefit in speeding up her recovery.
