While this sounds like an advantageous strategy, in effect, it will create a massive internment camp and that will complicate healing as much as help beyond a certain point. We have seen from all the work done on the problem of evil so far, that there needs to be a combination of creating an awareness of the divine, and the divine workings and agenda, along with a continued exposure to and consequences from the karmic object lessons brought by a disordered and corrupt lifestyle. In a sense, creating a kind of safe haven works against their healing as we cannot apply punishment directly, ourselves, as that would be non-divine. So we need them to experience the real life consequences of a return to being a free agent and then having to struggle and compete with other dark beings for an available energy supply. It is that contrast, to reenter the uncertainty of living a highly negative lifestyle after a time of sojourn in the divine realm that provides the needed contrast, object lesson, and teachable moments enabling them to begin to see the possibility of betterment.
