We cannot give you a timeline for this because it is a quite complex matter involving a huge number of beings, not all of whom are even in the Earth environment but many other places within the galaxy. In many ways, the dark spirit meddlers are entangled with dark physical beings energetically because of their closer vibrational match and karmic history, than to beings within the divine realm. The bottom line here is that the fallen angels will not be healed without healing of the beings in the physical who provide a safe harbor and a source of energy to them, and will thus remove the best motivation for changing their ways. Once healing helps in carrying out the coming Ascension there will be both an object lesson and a shift in availability of energy for their survival. So there will be an ongoing improvement that will both stress the current population of dark spirits as well as provide motivation and greater understanding of what they need to do to improve their lot.
