This indeed is the case. You asked us early on if he were safe to interact with and whether it would be a helpful exercise and we reassured you that he indeed was safe to interact with and would be enough in alignment to be worth the effort. But we were not asked specifically about targeting in the sense you mean it, that he is in a small cohort of individuals given special high-level attention to constrain them and keep them in check and on the sidelines. That definitely is the case and that is borne out in the accounts of his life story, his personal history being one of lifelong challenges and a series of setbacks he had to overcome. This is not because he was in the Mercenary Army Program, but a lightworker.
