Fortunately, you have not been in the MAP and that is a blessing as the unfortunate victims often have a much more severe karmic backlog because they are manipulated to take on many, many, dark doings that become a stain on the soul. Your being a person of interest to the interlopers is strictly because of prior lifetimes of service doing lightwork and they have noticed this and simply earmarked you for mischief with the expectation it will keep you diminished and on the sidelines. That is what they like to do with all who have been effective in other lifetimes in whatever capacity, working for the betterment of humanity in a significant way. In that regard, it is a mark of distinction from the divine perspective that they see you as a threat to them.
