This is all relative—the average person who is spiritual and has a high belief quotient in the divine can be spared many incidental brushes with danger, both from extraterrestrials as well as dark spirits and the wandering human earthbound spirits who seek energy and can be commandeered as a kind of weapon to attach and undermine people in collusion with the spirit meddlers. There are a variety of hazards here of varying levels of severity and likelihood of holding sway against any given human target, all of whom are individuals and vary greatly in their vulnerability, and the strengths of inner responses to perturbation with an attempt to invade the energy field and gain a foothold. If you think about the example of Jesus Christ, in the end, he was overwhelmed and killed in a very cruel fashion. The intention was not for him to be a martyr and to die through torture as a grisly display of the seemingly greater power of the "powers that be" despite the loftiness of Christ and the power of the divine wanting him to succeed in his mission of bringing truth and love to the world as a change agent. So what governs the energetic equation is the reality that when you become a physical human being, you surrender most of your light being capabilities and you are on your own, even with the divine support you may enjoy through belief and having an ongoing partnership with Creator. There will be limits to what can be done under severe circumstances for everyone. If the extraterrestrials put their mind to it, they may well prevail in dragging a person down or even killing them. So this is why people need to stay sharp and invest time and attention to refining and strengthening the divine partnership through daily prayer, including requests for safety and protection through divine oversight and inviting them to do anything and everything possible to maintain safety—it is the surest way to stay safe. People vary energetically on a continual basis in their level of resistance to outside attack and perturbation. So feeling strong and feeling good may be very reassuring, but it also may well not last when there is a life challenge that takes one by surprise and undermines them emotionally. That is when the interlopers can move in and prior assumptions about not needing anything further or anything special because one is all set and confident about their personal safety, may be proven to be an illusion and only true under average circumstances, but not if there is a full bore attack that commences.
