So those returning to the light on death, but in a disheveled state of difficulty and disarray, would still be unable to ascend even from a higher perch in the higher astral plane because it is still not the vibration of the ascended beings, and the personal liabilities would be a hindrance. That is why there needed to be a path to healing for those with this possible dilemma of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. The workaround is the ability to heal them across timelines. Even though they are off-limits in the light at the moment, retrocausal healing can be done for them and will make all the difference in the feasibility of the grand Ascension envisioned.
