We have heard you explain many times that the divine realm is limited in how it can intervene in human affairs by the “Rules of Engagement.” Can you give us a tutorial to help people understand the specific rules and why they exist?

This is a quite important set of guidelines we adhere to quite strictly because it is our paradigm, after all, that is underway, the test of free agency and free will, and how things will work out if soul-based beings, like humans, are given much greater latitude than is true for beings in the light. We have attempted this several times and several times it has gone badly because of the possibility of having a rise of evil too powerful to recall and constrain, to put the genie back in the bottle, so to speak. Humanity was created to be healers for the rise in evil as an answer to a reconfiguration needed to allow self-correction and the maintenance of a balanced perspective that would be healthy and, if drifting from useful norms, find a way to correct things and set things right unilaterally, for the most part, given we always are available to consult by anyone seeking to do so. Yet again, in the current universe within your galaxy, which is the test tube for the experiment underway, with all beings in the galaxy having greater latitude, things got out of hand and humans were created with a better configuration to help resolve the dilemma through healing those affected adversely, and who have strayed from divine alignment more and more, even to dangerous levels. This is certainly true of the extraterrestrial interlopers, the three main civilizations in the Extraterrestrial Alliance, who are now functional psychopaths devoid of spirituality, the ability to love, to feel compassion to any degree. It is all about personal power and control for them, and that creates many tensions and many stressful circumstances they must live with despite their technological prowess and seemingly advanced capabilities. In actuality, their technological triumphs are matched equally by moral compromise and failures. They are stunted in their morality because it is love-based after all, consisting of good qualities, all of which come from love in one way or another and cannot exist in full expression without love-based feelings being possible. This has proven one of the most difficult problems to contend with for soul-based beings because it puts them in a precarious position of not only being able to drift out of balance but to fall off a cliff quite quickly if they stray too far from the straight and narrow path. So, to allow this paradigm to play out, and have a fair test of whether evil can be healed and order restored by those affected themselves, we cannot come in and simply erase all the negativity and make everything run smoothly. To do so would be to, in effect, admit failure of the paradigm. The more we do for you, the less power you have in terms of free will, free choice, and personal expression vital to your learning and growth. It is quite disabling for us to come and do things for you, but all too often there are situations people find themselves in where it is too much for them to cope, and this is one of the crises of the human dilemma, that life is so harsh and there are so many pitfalls in your manipulated world, nothing is truly as it should be. Things get worse and worse, even as you are engineered through mind control to be complacent and ignore the worsening. People through the ages frequently wondered, "Where is God? Where has God gone?" It is not that we are absent, it is that we are silent. The first rule of engagement is, "We cannot lead." That is to say, "We cannot take charge of things, provide knowledge, information, and orchestrate changes, even for the better, that would benefit everyone and everything." That would circumvent the opportunity for the soul-based beings involved, to develop an understanding of their dilemma and devise a way to change things for the better. The only practical way to not be leading is to stay in the background unobtrusively, and seemingly absent even though we are not. We are always aware of everything that goes on but we simply cannot jump in and take part because humans are in charge of their destiny, individually and collectively, in their role as change agents. The fact we are usually invisible keeps the pressure on humanity to take action, and that is intended to be the way things work, so that humans can develop the understanding and capability to make things better and eventually save themselves and everyone else from the continued worsening that has plagued humanity down through the ages. We can inspire through impulsing ideas, awarenesses, hints, and even suggestions which the person will think of as their own thoughts, done in a very subtle way, not to control but to offer a new option for consideration. This is keeping within the rules of not leading. As you can imagine, there are endless factors and variations from the myriad situations that arise over time affecting individuals and groups of beings. This calls for great flexibility, insight, and close attention to make ongoing decisions about where and how, and to what degree any being, including us within the divine realm, can take an active role within your realm, energetically. There are many consequences of these key rules constraining our involvement in things. We cannot prove our existence, for example. The rise of evil has happened because beings in other worlds drifted away from divine alignment and began to doubt the existence of an Almighty Being and Source as the reason for their existence and a potential partner, if invited. The lack of faith and belief in us is at the center of the human dilemma from the rise of evil. So, to show our existence in a way that constitutes proof, would be leading and pointing directly towards resuming and strengthening a communication with us as a likely answer and way forward. And that we must leave to you to figure out, and act in a fashion to bring about a raising of vibration from embracing the reality of the divine and choosing to act the part, being that you are extensions of our very consciousness and divine in your origin as well. There are additional extensions of these rules. We must act in a balanced way in dealing with soul-based beings. While our interaction with you, even at your invitation, will raise you up and make your life better, we cannot let our involvement with any individual become so great and so rewarding that it eventually begins to distort what you become in a way that causes problems for you or others, and here we are speaking of the development of a kind of privileged status where some are seemingly anointed and special by "having an in" with us, as is assumed for the priesthood and other clergy. This has a danger of becoming leading in its own right by fostering many assumptions that begin to distort the life path of the believer and nonbelievers as well. The more someone who is truly tapped in becomes proficient and exhibits excellence in the way they live, the more it will separate them from the majority of others and, likely, misunderstood in ways that begin to create feelings and then distorted beliefs. Feeling touched by God can over-reward the ego, and this has undermined many would-be prophets and spiritual leaders. Becoming too enamored of themselves and their prowess, they begin to feel they have special standing and entitlements, and that can take them out of divine alignment even as it feels rewarding, at least to the ego. The more people are elevated and put on a pedestal, even for lofty thinking that is in divine alignment, the more karmic consequences can develop from people less fortunate becoming discouraged and feeling increasingly disempowered and helpless. Because all humans are interlinked as part of a family, the more exalted one becomes, the more it reflects an imbalance that will lower others affected by the contrast in seeing themselves as inferior and believing this is so. Because karma is the great leveler and will not let distortions exist for long without some kind of a reckoning being generated, the many karmic missteps people make through their own errors, and the much greater influence of the interlopers in corrupting everything they touch and undermining human culture in countless ways, create a constant source of negativity that tends to make life less rewarding, more painful, and a source of stress as much as happiness. So this is painting a picture at least, of the outlines, of the many moment-to-moment decisions needing to be made about what to do and when, or nothing, as the case might be, to influence your world.
