But when the home under contract was inspected, there was water damage, which had never happened before in the home’s history. Is there some kind of attack under way? This is an interesting exercise in the power of human consciousness and the role of psychic energy it projects to interact with the environment and other people as well. There was a large buildup of negative energy at this location, courtesy of the prior owners and their vibration level being not the highest. This attracted dark spirits as well and created a kind of energetic nexus to attract mischief-makers. While that was cleared, largely, through the first session you provided for the location, the renewed difficulty with the sale reenergized the negative karma relating to the owners and their past history with financial difficulty, and other sources of negative energies. This created strong re-cording with that location from their growing fear about not having a timely sale to save them financially. So they were, in effect, mounting a psychic attack on their own home and this is what was being sensed by the new prospects taking a look at the property and not feeling comfortable in proceeding for one reason or another. They were sensing the disquiet swirling about energetically, and simply did not feel that location being home for them. This negativity reached enough intensity that it was recognized by the Law of Karma as an opportunity to bring back around a reoccurrence of distress and financial liability from their past. And this took the form of the water leak breaking through at just the worst moment to queer the deal for prospective buyers, at least at the moment. The good news is that the renewed work with the Lightworker Healing Protocol can attenuate this renewed negative psychic attack by the owners themselves. Given free will, we cannot guarantee that all potential negativity can be deflected or suppressed. But with a combination of inner reassurance, inspiration, guidance, healing, and protection from other sources of stress in their lives, we should be able to shepherd the owners through the process of making a handoff through a successful real estate deal, so they can move on and you as well, as their agent.
