While this has beneficial supporting effects on the joints and muscles as advertised, it will not outshine any of the other strategies you list, which we have described as being of benefit for such issues, particularly, the long-term restoration. The OmegaXL has useful fatty acids and those are a known benefit and often needed because of there being an ongoing deficit in the body. And in those situations where there is a degradation in joint function and muscle function, this is a breath of fresh air from a nutritional standpoint. But it is only a starting point, when there are many individual components needed for long-term healthy well-being of muscles and joints. So this can be a useful adjunct although it would not be our recommended first choice, but down on the list following the others you mentioned.
