CNN reported: “President Donald Trump on Thursday vowed to begin testing US nuclear weapons ‘on an equal basis’ with Russia and China, heralding a potentially major shift in decades of US policy at a time of growing tensions between the world’s nuclear-armed superpowers…In a post on social media Trump said, ‘…Because of other countries’ testing programs, I have instructed the Department of War to start testing our Nuclear Weapons on an equal basis. That process will begin immediately,’ Trump said.” Some view this as sabre rattling, others as diplomacy through taking a tough stance as in “Peace Through Strength.” Is there an underlying purpose in terms of the alien agenda?

This is not just an example of the "Art of the Deal" at a high geopolitical level, being proposed by the nation's president and leader of the free world. This is being done at the behest of the Extraterrestrial Alliance to ramp up political tensions with a worldwide reminder that there are ever-present military tensions and a dark history of world conflict and unimaginable destructiveness, especially the specter of a nuclear war breaking out. To invoke that reality through the imagery in making such an announcement, even though the practical implementation would take some time, is a purposeful ramping up of tensions that will parlay the coming tidal power outages into a kind of desperate seeking of a potential culprit on the part of an international rival and perceived enemy. This is what the Extraterrestrial Alliance wants to see. It will add greatly to human fear, not just seeing that their critically essential power infrastructure is in the end, fragile and unreliable, but potentially, is being harmed deliberately by an enemy and perhaps revealing vulnerability that could be exploited at any time or worsened repeatedly such as to bring the nation to its knees. There is not much more frightening a prospect other than outright nuclear annihilation. So this is simply a meaningful sign of the continuation of the dark agenda underway, to make things for humanity worse and build towards the climax of fear and desperation as part of their preparation for Alien Disclosure and a Trojan horse offering to help, as a deception to further weaken humanity to be at the mercy of the interlopers.
