This strategy will provide a meaningful delivery for a small local area. Keep in mind that the value of an oral mouthwash relies on a high concentration of vitamin C in a small volume that is still large enough to coat the gums. For a human sized jaw, two mls is still reasonable. For a dog sized jaw, going down to 1/8th of the volume is a significant reduction. You can safely double the administration here as there is still a reasonable safety margin.
