This, indeed, is what the data are reflecting, that the greater number of Alzheimer's patients with a history of those viruses causing a diagnosable medical condition is because those viruses actually cause the dementia to develop in those individuals. Keep in mind as well this is not always known to have happened. There are many, many subtle infections never diagnosed medically but nonetheless end up perturbing the central nervous system function, with an eventual decline from dementia developing, all due to the virus that remains unseen and unidentified as a causal factor. There are viruses outside the herpes family as well that can be producing dementia. So things are still at an early stage in being probed in more definitive ways to pinpoint such clues, but this is how the picture will eventually become clearer and persuasive. Keep in mind as well, there is much mind control manipulation to dissuade scientists and physicians from considering or even accepting the notion of viral causation for many chronic conditions in spite of many clues being encountered over the years—that is true of medicine as a whole because it is heavily constrained and corrupted to impede progress.
