We cannot be leading and tell you the future here as there are too many variables and uncertainties in how things will go. We can tell you that, to the interlopers, a wider war from either starting point, Ukraine or Iran, would be, from their point of view, highly advantageous in causing further pain and suffering as well as an economic penalty on the West, not to mention the local region where the war is being carried out. So they are doing what they can to inflame passions and encourage more and more risk-taking, and working against diplomacy in an attempt to worsen things and drag out the conflict—that is often a prelude to desperate acts that backfire and worsen rather than help.
