A practitioner asks: “My friend’s son, a young boy of 9, has been struggling with many problems already from a very young age. I am not informed about all his issues, but I can share the ones I hear often. Ever since he was a toddler, the father told me his son could not sleep during the night. And this continues up till today. At an early age he was diagnosed with ADHD, often is not in a good mood and having difficulties with his peers. A woman writes: “I’m 43 and I feel trapped and possessed at times. I’m lost, suicidal and everything I do is stopped from progressing somehow. No matter how hard I try. My mind feels totally blocked and my brain feels like it can’t work as it should. I do feel presences in my life, relationships are impossible, and I’m extremely lonely as a result. From a young age [name withheld] was considered “different,” but doctors weren’t able to characterize his emotional/mental disorder.
