The fallen angels were banished from heaven, just as the Bible says, because of their errant behavior and corrupted mindset, despite many pointing out their errors and imploring them to rethink their poor choices. After this famous and historically noted fall from grace, things have, in fact, gotten worse because they are now on their own and not rubbing elbows with their more angelic and lofty brethren still on a higher plane of existence. We have not given up on them and that is one of the motivations for creating humanity, to provide an intermediary to help heal them. These fallen angelics are safely contained within your galaxy alone, within the vastness of the universe as a whole. So that is a very definitive and limited confinement so they will not pollute the universe with their faulty thinking and corrupt ways. They have, indeed, corrupted many civilizations within the Milky Way Galaxy, including all of the physical extraterrestrial species currently interacting with humanity. That sequence of corruption was not simply allowed to happen with no consequence or divine attention and influence. The entire saga has been one of allowing free agency and free will on the one hand but continuing to inspire those not yet corrupted to push back, to look for ways to make their love an effective counterforce to overcome all sources of negativity and help counter the rise of evil. We have told the story before, that humanity was the latest in a series of newly created beings and civilizations to be warriors for the light. One by one, they have been launched but become similarly corrupted by the spirit meddlers and now this is happening to many humans. The difference is, enough of you are standing strong to tip the balance through effective partnership with the divine and this will help reverse the downward spiral, eventually.
