As you will be hearing in answer to your next question, this is not a good idea because it is actually limiting. There are many situations where an inspiration can be given to the deep subconscious and will not be perceived consciously or by the upper subconscious either, but nonetheless is worth doing. By restricting the prayers and inspirational visions only to those that can be recalled on waking, this would be a restriction that would backfire and be ill-advised.
