This is about equal percentages at this point in time. That just gives you a rough idea that this is a quite serious problem, because the ratio is much worse than true for the Earth and its inhabitants. There are many reasons for various worlds escaping the scourge of the psychopathic predators who, if they allow the inhabitants of a particular world to persist, may well go to work on them to subjugate, suppress, and corrupt them as they have done on the Earth. And the results and consequences are always the same--an emotional and intellectual impairment, disconnection from the higher self, and eventual sociopathic personality disorders if the beings are around long enough to be fully corrupted. Some worlds have types of beings the interlopers simply have no interest in and leave alone because they are considered unworthy to interact with altogether.
