I am curious as to what energies/entities are involved here. (I am intuitive, and the house has already given me “her name”/what she would like to be called.)” What can we tell her about the clearing?

In spite of your curiosity, we need to caution you that ignorance is bliss, many times. Not knowing problems from the past and prior tragedies is such a blessing. Some people find it difficult to let go once a mental image is conjured up in hearing about some devastating past circumstances. It is easier to believe a negative report than to believe it was all dealt with thoroughly and effectively, such that there is now an all clear and there is no need to worry. This we have coached your channel in recent years to understand, that psychics often do as much damage as in helping people, by describing their past history, their past doings, what is on the akashic record of their existence, because it is not something they can directly change on their own. And it becomes a burden by putting a name and a face to their difficulties without a means to really address it meaningfully. That is where the protocol work shines, because we can see what is needed and we can apply the healing and that will take care of the problem, at least as best as can be done. If we cannot do it, no one else can. Some things are needed to be taken on and worked through, or endured, as the case might be, because it is sometimes the most effective way to settle the karmic accounting of your past history. It can be quicker to simply go through a karmic payback rather than put it off through a healing intervention if it only delays the impact and still needs to be dealt with to eliminate symptoms. So we can tell you that the fact your home is a relatively new construction only means that is simply the surface of things. Starting from the present and working backward, the prior occupants, as is true of many people, carried burdens in their lives they did not talk about with others, but inevitably, this leads to a large body of negative thought forms, which remain as a kind of pollution in the location where they were first given birth to, from the thoughts and feelings mix within those individuals. That creates a kind of cloud of negativity, and it is especially true for those who are sensitive intuitively, like yourself, that it will be somewhat uncomfortable and perhaps affect your mood over time unless they are cleared. In addition, there will be many continuing connections to the prior occupants through cordings, from their having been in possession of the home, not only its contents. Inevitably, human occupants of a dwelling will cord to many of the physical surfaces because they will be embraced by the consciousness of the individual. Simply feeling you are at home invites a cording to that location with that energetic signature. Cordings persist until they are dissolved effectively. Cutting them will not necessarily work at all. They must be dissolved and the karmic purpose, if any, that creates a state of discord or uncertainty especially, will need to be healed. But even just the realities that someone has had their hands on your home will be that they will have links to it from their consciousness at a deep level and that invites a future pollution of your home should they have unexpected difficulties with their lives. That might have a kind of parallel resonance; for example, if they are struggling at their new location, home, to them, becomes a place for struggle, and those kinds of thoughts feelings and energies will be broadcast through the cordings to their old home, your new dwelling. So this is always a major thrust of the protocol work. Beyond the dwelling itself, the history of the land works the same way. There can be, and usually is, an aggregate of negative thought forms for a location. These can be quite formidable and we do not like to give sordid details because it is difficult to get unpleasant things out of one's mind once they have been described. It is like un-ringing a bell. But it is true that most locations have seen their share of human misfortune and sometimes the misfortune of other creatures through their suffering. This includes both cordings and thought forms. It can also include quite powerful and active curse-type energy that has accumulated because of hostility by one or many individuals for all sorts of reasons. What is important is that these be cleared and the energies resolved in a way that enables them to dissipate, so they are no longer a burden or a potential threat to become an influence when you perhaps have a bad day and are feeling out of sorts, and then more match to negativity. And this will set you up to be ultrasensitive to any negative carryover from past history going back through time, and even prior eras. We can truthfully tell you that your particular location is not a terrible one. It has had its share of sadness and the unexpected, causing one sort of drama or another, as is common all around the world except for areas that are virtually uninhabitable. But even there, it is quite likely that that state of affairs, being uninhabitable, is the result of much prior travail, usually of a violent kind that leaves much damage in its wake in causing a major upheaval of some sort. That, too, needs healing through divine intervention, because it is stepping into quicksand in a way that will not be immediately apparent, but over time can begin to undermine occupants of such locations. So we would say that your location's history is moderate and not in a high risk category and that is all to the good.
