After five months, our dog has started coughing again, and has times when he is limping. That resembles what was going on when we first took him to the vet back in June. Has a new problem developed that could benefit from veterinary treatment? What more can we do to help things?

This is not a new problem nor anything overlooked, it is the same karmic energies simply reemerging and that is reflected in the recurring symptoms although milder at this juncture which is a blessing. This speaks to the nature of divine healing being often one step forward, one step backwards for a time, while things are being readjusted and being worked on across timelines and needing an interval for the benefits to catch up to the current life. Until everything is completed, there can be variability in function and reappearance of some symptoms for a time. But this will wane as the symptoms have previously, and his return to a more robust level of functioning reflects. So this is nothing to worry about. He simply needs to be cared for and cared about, as usual, and the ups and downs watched for to support him as needed so he is not over-exerted when there is an ongoing challenge, physically.
