We love this saying because there is nothing truer in the universe than this, that everything matters to us, everything counts, everything is noticed, and everything is cherished, nothing more so than those beings with greater consciousness to be aware of us and the higher purpose of existence, and have the wherewithal to participate actively in a wondrous expansion of possibilities—that is what is inherent within each human being—we see none as insignificant or dispensable. We see each one as special because we created you to have that special quality, making you unique with your soul makeup and expression, to have goals and aspirations and endeavors and many roads to follow that suit you more perfectly than will any other being in existence. While there is a great overlap in capabilities because, after all, your soul makeup is divine qualities and aspects, so everything has inherent value, the question is the array of expression level and intensity, and the balance of forces they may represent with respect to what they entail, what they presuppose, and what they will produce when exercised and put into action in some way with thoughts, feelings, and behavior. This creates endless variety among human beings and is a source of great delight you appreciate personally because you meet so many different characters, you see so many different talents and level of talent on display, so many creative innovations, and a kind of repertoire of things individuals embrace and practice to strengthen and expand on their potential to become true experts and perhaps reach dazzling feats of accomplishment. But this quote speaks not to those at the high end of apparent achievement, but perhaps more strongly to the opposite end where people themselves may feel worthless, in a hopeless situation mired in difficulty and lack and suffering greatly, and have little wherewithal within themselves to offer much of anything even to themselves, let alone other people. Those who some might say are "the wretched," because they are in a state of dishevelment and failure, are every bit as loved and cherished by us as the great artists and performers, those who dazzle with their charm and personality, and those with beauty and other attractive qualities. Most such things, when you think about it, are quite superficial when what truly matters is inner character. That takes many forms and is best understood in the context of personal challenge, but that is a human preoccupation, not a divine one, and that is reflected in the very quotation itself, that it is about humans being able to make distinctions among individuals, and they do, and find some truly wanting and are viewed with alarm, if not disdain, for their quite negative state of being. We have the divine perspective of seeing the big picture. We know each person's soul makeup and origins. We know their entire history and we can tell you without exception that anyone who suffers, anyone who is in a lowly station in life who is falling behind, who is downtrodden, who lacks polish, surface attractiveness, skills, and deportment that would be admired by other humans is simply being observed in a bad moment. There is a reason for every bit of that difficulty and the apparent shortcomings on display. Everything missing is missing for a reason that is discernable to us and has a story behind it. It is always the case that this is, in some way or another, love denied that individual. In that respect, what makes them seem a lesser human being to perhaps be pitied, and certainly not embraced and admired, is more the absence of our energy and the loving life force in all of its modes of expression we can bring to people who are in alignment and in communication with us to allow something to happen that will raise them up further. So what you are seeing in such individuals is not their failure, their shortcomings, their lower capability, but rather in some degree, some of us is missing, at least from being observable in the moment. It might be that love is being suppressed, love is being denied, love is being squelched, love is unknown to that person because they were never taught about love but only harmed in some way and punished, and never experienced its joys and had a resonance within them that opened up their love frequency to a fuller measure. There is much to learn from those who are in such plight; they are an extreme example of deprivation. What is needed is for everyone to think more deeply about what deprivation truly represents and what the answer is to bring that person back to a level playing field to be among others without fear or shame—that is part of the human mission to see to. You are here to help one another in a land of disconnection and manipulation by the darkness. Those who have stumbled and fallen are simply signs that the darkness is winning, at least within their lives. They need rescuing and may not be able to arrange that themselves or would have done it by now. The fact you witness this, in actuality, means this has fallen to you because you are on the scene and you recognize the dilemma. If you choose to do nothing, you are turning your back on a brother or a sister or a relative within the human family and not serving your own soul's purpose to be a healer of evil.
