We would say that little has changed since the time of Atlantis in that the reduction in intuitive reach through corruption by alien interlopers was done long before the civilization of Atlantis came to be. All of this time, all through human history, humans have had the same handicap. And that, coupled with the disconnection from deep subconscious, has helped you dig a deeper hole from experiencing so much karmic trauma and never healing it, through unawareness of the implications and the future liabilities, and then, having no sense of one's history coming into a new incarnation, and having the burden of the old unfinished karmic backlog as a liability.
