It is difficult for a physical human to appreciate the reality of the multidimensional universe you are a part of, but we can reassure you that the karmic implications for a failure apply to the physical plane only, and whether or not you become greater in capabilities and reach having gone through the Ascension process. That will be the reward if the current paradigm is deemed successful. So you are going to be done with the physical plane once and for all quite soon now, one way or another. The question remaining is, will you graduate to something better if enough healing can be done? That will change everything for the better throughout the universe. What is lost through failure is the huge investment in attempting to make this current iteration a success.
