DWQA QuestionsCategory: KarmaIn what ways can negative karma influence career success for better or worse?
Nicola Staff asked 4 years ago

Negative karma can get in a person’s way almost any time and for any reason. This is because so many things can go wrong in life, and difficulties develop that leave wounds, that leave disappointments, and lead to serious consequences that can be life altering, leaving much damage in their wake and much to regret and be troubled over because of the occurrence.

When people are manipulated in life to doubt themselves, to undermine their self‑confidence, and to provide roadblocks in their way to even try things out, when finally free to do so, they are ill-equipped and will often fail because they have been programmed to fail by those who were not mentoring them, but getting in their way and programming them for failure. People do this to themselves after too many instances of maltreatment at the hands of others that create a belief within that they are unworthy, less capable, less talented, and unwanted in the first instance—all such ideas will make a person underperform. This is almost certain to happen. People cannot be at their best to talk freely and easily with confidence, and think on their feet, and be creative, and be persuasive in dealing with others to be an advocate for themselves let alone an organization they may be supporting at the time if they have been undermined in this way. This is a headwind most never recover from, because the way to heal this has not been taught and people flounder unnecessarily.

Failure will follow a person throughout their life and will be projected into future lives as well. Even though people come into life starting anew, they reconnect to all that has happened previously through the akashic records of all that has happened and is being maintained on file, and their deep subconscious mind will review these things and worry about them, and make no distinction between then and now, but will see a past failure as potentially looming again. This stirs the pot and makes a person more emotional and less confident, and this will worsen the more past history has resulted in difficult circumstances and failures of any kind. A large karmic backlog of unhealed difficulty in business or career will be a huge obstacle preventing success in a current lifetime, without having this backlog addressed in some way. Unfortunately, there are very few options available for people to work on their past lives with a therapeutic process to right the wrongs of history and free them from the pain they still carry around within.

Most people cannot recall past lives consciously, and even with a greater access to the subconscious via hypnotic regression, for example, will often not reach the depth needed to do this work with great efficiency. Most people are suffering from this hindrance and it simply varies with respect to intensity, its breadth, and depth, all of which will determine how frequently the memories of the past are triggered and become a source of worry, concern, and distraction, at least on the part of the deep subconscious which does regulate the body, the mood state, and the creative process, as well as reacting to events ongoing and whether they are in alignment with all of the inner beliefs. This is another area of vulnerability. If people have deep inner beliefs they will fail, they are unworthy, they are incapable, they are weak, they are undeserving, they are untalented, they lack the intelligence or creativity needed for an enterprise, or many, many other types of negative beliefs, they will have a much harder time being successful, and will rarely understand the dynamic undermining them or find a way to fix it.
