DWQA QuestionsCategory: Higher SelfLong wrote, “The subconscious self, and it alone, has the ability to manufacture from the foods we eat and the air we breathe our basic vital force or power. Once made, it stores it in the body for use, and shares it with the conscious mind self, who may be said to live as a guest in the bodily house, and who has little to do with the bodily processes. The superconscious self (higher self) must also be supplied with the vital force if we ask it to work with the dense materials of the lower plane of living and make miraculous changes in matter or simply make the ‘answer to prayers.'” What is Creator’s perspective?

This is a basic misunderstanding of energy, where it comes from, and how it is applied to make things happen. There is indeed a difference between the energetics of the body, and its origin and maintenance, in contrast to the energy of consciousness, comprising the levels of the mind, including the higher self. The energies for consciousness come from the divine and are not generated on a local level from physical matter as with food and air intake. The body, on the other hand, is a creation in the physical, of the physical, and by manipulation of the physical energy present in the physical plane. That, in turn, is governed by consciousness, so it is energy coming from the divine that creates the body, on a physical level, out of physical building blocks energetically, subatomic particles, atoms, and molecules, and so on. Those energies provide a physical platform that is animated by the vital life force that also comes from the divine, and it is that life force energy that contains within it the blueprint for the creation of the body to be of the right size, architecture, and appearance. It is highly personalized because it is a match to your consciousness that is an accompaniment and impinges on the body in various ways, and is your wherewithal in the physical, to be visibly present and affect the things around you physically, including the interaction with other beings. The idea that the separation of the conscious mind self and the body exists, so that the mind is more like a guest in the bodily house, is an accurate description because your conscious awareness is not generated by the brain and does not exist within the body itself. This is difficult to understand but is more like an energy field existing in its own dimension. It needs to connect with the brain to animate the body with thought and directions to carry out physical operations to move about and create speech for communication with other individuals, and so on, but in doing so it is essentially an outside force that is linked to the body but not, strictly speaking, a part of it. In the same way, another level of the mind is that the cells of the body have consciousness as well, so even though they are locally present within the anatomy of the body, the cellular consciousness is in another energetic state that is linked to the physical but not, strictly speaking, a part of it and is more an energy that impinges in contrast to being part of the anatomy. That is why it is elusive when probed scientifically, because you will not find a physical structure or organelle within cells that is the cellular brain, so to speak, displaying or directing consciousness for the cells' benefit. Just as your conscious thoughts are not created by the brain but experienced within the brain, the cells of the body experience a cellular consciousness that impinges to influence what cells do.
