Are there any changes that would clarify or improve the request?

This is perfectly fine wording to use. It indicates who is being targeted, where and when it needs to happen, and for what ultimate purpose. So the intent is there to be thorough, to be timely, to be tactical, and obtain greater efficiency and effectiveness, both, in eliminating these dark spirits and other intrusive energies from circulation and get them into effective healing programs. So this will do the job nicely.
